Hi-Temp Lab-Metal – High Temperature Aluminium Repair Compound
Hi-Temp Lab-Metal is a ready-to-use, aluminium-filled compound designed for repairing, rebuilding and patching metal surfaces exposed to extreme temperatures. This single-component filler hardens upon air exposure, forming a strong and durable repair that can withstand temperatures up to 1000ºF (540ºC) when heat cured.
The cured compound adheres strongly to clean metal and provides a machinable surface that can be drilled, sanded, filed, milled or painted. Its excellent resistance to acids, oils, petroleum products and solvents makes it suitable for demanding industrial environments.
Key Features and Advantages of Hi-Temp Lab-Metal
